On arrival at Cochin International Airport / Railway station/ Bus Station, our representative will meets you and assists to transfer you to Thattekkad. On arrival at Thattekkad, Check-in to the hotel. After you relaxed, Visit Thattekkadu bird sanctuary, the first bird santuary of kerala which included in Periyar wild life santuary. Varieties of birds can be seen there and major attractions of Thattekkad bird santuary are bird watching, Childrens Park, Thattekkad bridge, boating in Periyar river and trekking inside Thattekkad forest. Evening you can visit Bhoothathankettu dam and garden. Return to hotel and night stay over there.
Morning after breakfast, Proceed to Pooyamkutty, a dense forest area which is famous for tribal huts. The small town Pooyamkutty is blessed with Pooyamkutty river which is the tributory of Periyar and deep forest of Periyar wildlife santuary. The entrance of forest is a long bridge which covers up by river in monsoon season. Inside the forest we can see huts of tribal peoples like Irular, Panikkar, Muthuvansโฆ Pooyamkutty is also a heaven for migratory birds. We can see rare species of birds if we are lucky. Return to Hotel and overnight stay.
Morning after breakfast, check-out from the hotel and return to Cochin for departure. Your tour ends with beautiful memories.
